Quality Policy


Our Quality Policy specifies the degree of excellence that all activities of the organisation will be carried out in a systematic manner in accordance with defined and documented Policies and Processes, will meet applicable legislative requirements, will be evident and auditable, and will ensure that the needs of all BCA Logic stakeholders are met.


The objectives of this Quality System are to:

  • ensure that a high quality service is delivered to our clients in a timely and cost effective manner;
  • ensure that the individual requirements of clients are equally fulfilled by maintaining flexibility within the Quality Systems; and
  • ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented, maintained and evolved to ensure the requirements of our clients are met.

Quality Statement

BCA Logic are a professional team of Building Regulations and Fire Safety Engineering consultants. We provide regulatory advice and design consultancy services including BCA compliance certification to all spheres of the building industry.

We pride ourselves on integrity, accountability and performance and we are committed to exceeding our customer’s requirements and expectations in a proactive, professional and cost-effective manner ensuring that we continually to improve the quality of our services, business processes and management systems.

Our aim is to offer solutions which lead to creating safer buildings for our clients and community by adopting best practices and principles of the quality management system corresponding to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Responsibility and Implementation

The Senior Management team of BCA Logic Pty Ltd periodically reviews this policy to validate that the policy and our quality objectives remain consistent with BCA Logic’s business goals.

The company maintain processes and systems appropriate to their area of operations with the aim of providing the framework and platform to:
