Administrative Assistant – 12 month contract

The Opportunity 

We now seek an enthusiastic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Administration team. This opportunity is for a 12 month contract with the view to permanent.

Duties & Responsibilities Include: 

  • Smooth running of reception and office administration
  • Updating of databases and various administrative requirements
  • General office maintenance.
  • Various administration tasks as required including document updates in accordance to the company Quality Management System
  • Organise catering and staff training as needed
  • Database Management involving preparation of professional and accurate fee proposals
  • Support managers and senior managers on various matters

Technical Skills:

  • First point of contact for clients and guests
  • Answering incoming reception calls in a timely manner
  • Provide Ad-hoc administrative support to Directors and Consultants
  • Database assistance as required.
  • Assisting the accounts team as required
  • Assist with Coordinating corporate activities and events

Our assessment criteria for this position will include:

  • At least 3 years industry experience covering the technical skills identified as required for the role.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry
  • Computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft O365.
  • Experience working within a professional services office environment
  • Must have Database and/or CRM experience.
